As a Centre Manager at Kalisu, you will be at the forefront of transforming lives through education. Your role will be multifaceted, focusing on two key areas:

Center Management

As a Centre Manager, you will be actively engaged in teaching at one of our schools. Your commitment to providing quality education will empower our students to excel. You'll oversee the operational aspects of the learning center, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. Your attention to detail will keep everything running seamlessly.

Volunteer Management

Your leadership skills will shine as you manage and inspire a team of dedicated volunteers. Guiding them to success and fostering a sense of purpose will be central to your role.

Efficiently coordinate volunteer activities, ensuring they align with our mission and objectives. Your project management skills will be instrumental in achieving our goals.

Full-Time Position:All positions at Kalisu are full-time (40+ hours per week) and paid roles for graduates.

    Our Recruitment process

    Recruitment and Selection

    Kalisu recruits the most outstanding college graduates and students to teach in low-income schools for a year. Our teachers are handpicked from a number of applicants through a selection process which consists of Aptitude test, essay writing, group discussion, personal interview.

    Process and proficiency

    Shortlisted Teachers are given sufficient Training on class room environment, teaching methodology, operational know-hows, assessment criteria and performance evaluation. They are also given leadership training to ensure they excel in which ever field they get into and also to create many more leaders in the class. We make sure that the right people are there at the right place.

    Evaluation and Assessments

    Children are academically and holistically monitored periodically, thereby giving insights into the effectiveness of our efforts. We also use standardized assessment procedures to rate ourselves in due course.
